Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

At Fig's Floral, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality artificial floral arrangements and exceptional service. Due to the custom design work involved in creating each arrangement, we have a strict no-refund policy.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of  $100 is required at the time of placing your order. This deposit secures your arrangement and covers the initial costs of materials and design work.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

* Modifications: We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes to your order if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. However, modifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
* Cancellations: Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, cancellations are not permitted. The deposit will be retained by Fig's Floral to cover the costs associated with the initial design and preparation of your arrangement.

Quality Concerns

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your artificial floral arrangement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit for future purchases. Please note that issues due to improper care or handling by the customer will not be eligible for a replacement or credit.

Special Circumstances

In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a suitable replacement. If a replacement is not possible, the deposit will be refunded.
